To safeguard this data against unwanted modification or loss, it is important that authorization concepts clearly defining who may access which information are established as well as appropriate security mechanisms.

As a modern SaaS company, we protect all the information we process as part of a comprehensive IT security landscape. Data-handling processes and responsibilities are defined in our information security management system (ISMS), while our experienced team assesses risks and implements corresponding measures, the effectiveness of which is regularly reviewed.

Strict auditing and ISO 27001 certification

We are currently undergoing certification in accordance with ISO 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management. An independent audit will be conducted to ensure our ISMS meets the requirements of the standard.

How we maintain data security:

Ongoing risk management: We regularly review risks, including when planning any changes.

Implementing and reviewing protective measures: Our security concept covers both technical and organizational measures. Through our quality management system, we regularly review their effectiveness and continuously improve our processes.

Maintaining up-to-date security knowledge: We regularly train our employees and we are currently intensifying these efforts through an innovative training concept developed with the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten that also extends to our external experts.

Our ISMS covers in particular the development, maintenance, and operation of Quickterm, including cloud platform and on-premise solutions.

Completion of the certification process is scheduled for November 2026.
