Interfaces and automation - why do we not have standards?

The situation is familiar to most Language Service Providers (LSPs): A customer needs to integrate a content system into the translation process. And most LSPs know about the pain points of requests like this. 

In this presentation, we look at best practices for automating this interface. And we'll take a look at why there is no industry standard and what has happened to standardization initiatives like GALA's TAPICC.
