Termsetters Community Code of Conduct
Termsetters is a professional customer community hosted on Swarm for (prospective) users of Quickterm and other terminology professionals.
- This community is an extension of our SaaS and on premise services.
It exists to help customers, partners, and our internal teams:
- Onboard and learn core features
- Share implementation and integration practices
- Ask and answer product questions
- Stay updated on product changes and releases
- Build a helpful network around Quickterm
It is a professional space, not a general social network.
- This community is for:
- Authorized users of customer and partner accounts
- Trial users invited by our team
- Subject matter experts invited by our team
- Members of our internal teams (support, product, success, etc.)
By participating, you confirm you are acting in a professional capacity for your organisation.
- We expect you to:
- Be respectful and professional in all interactions
- Assume good intent and respond constructively
- Stay on topic: focus on product use, integrations, and relevant business scenarios
- Use clear, inclusive language and be mindful of cultural differences
You must not:
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone
- Use hate speech, demeaning language, or personal attacks
- Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Engage in trolling, repeated offtopic posting, or disruption
- To protect you and others, do not share:
- Individual contract terms, negotiated pricing, discounts, or bespoke SLAs
- Internal business strategies, financials, or forecasts
- Confidential information about your customers, employees, or partners
- Personal data of others (names + contact details + context) without a clear legal basis
- Securitysensitive details (passwords, tokens, API keys, internal IPs)
If a question depends on confidential contract information or sensitive details, please use your usual account management or support channels instead.
Your existing NDAs and service agreements remain fully in force when using this community.
- Prefer anonymised examples when sharing screenshots, logs, and data:
- Remove names, email addresses, IDs, and other identifiers where possible.
- Only share templates, code or documents you have the right to share.
By posting content, you confirm you have the necessary rights and that you are not breaching any obligations to your organisation or third parties.
- Use the community to share feedback, ideas, and best practices:
- Urgent incidents, outages, and accountspecific issues must go through our official support channels
- We may respond to support questions here, but we do not guarantee response times or outcomes in the community
We may use your feedback to improve our products and services
- Our team moderates this community. We may:
- Edit, move, or remove posts that break this Code or applicable law
- Remind you of the rules and ask you to adjust your behaviour
- Temporarily or permanently restrict your community access
- In serious cases, escalate under our main Terms of Service (including possible account suspension)
We aim to act proportionately and fairly. If you think we made a mistake, you can contact us at termsetters@kaleidoscope.at.
If you see behaviour or content that:
- Violates this Code
- Exposes confidential information
- Poses legal, security, or safety concerns
please contact us at termsetters@kaleidoscope.at.
Please avoid engaging in public arguments; let our team handle it.
- You do not need to reply to everything you see:
- Taking breaks, muting threads, or stepping away is encouraged when needed
- Our team also operates within working hours and may not respond immediately
- We may update this Code of Conduct over time. We will notify community members of material changes. Continued use of the community after changes means you accept the updated Code.
